The Revolution in Military Affairs, its Driving Force, Elements and Complexity
This paper discusses the revolution in military affairs (RMA). The authors examine the structural changes in the international system that led to the RMA, describe what factors play a crucial role in the process and assess new technologies and tactics that are increasingly important on the battlefield.
