Documents of the International Law Commission and the UN Commission on International Trade Law

This publication contributes to the study and dissemination of international law under the aegis of the UN General Assembly, the International Law Commission (ILC) and the UN International Trade Law Commission (UNCITRAL). It includes ILC documents such as draft articles on diplomatic protection, guiding principles applicable to unilateral declarations of states capable of creating legal obligations, and draft principles on the allocation of loss in the case of transboundary harm arising out of hazardous activities.
