Global Governance vs the Liberal Democratic Nation-State
What is the Best Regime?
This paper provides an examination of various forms of global governance. The author looks at regimes such as the liberal democratic nation-state and concepts such as transnational progressivism. The paper states that the liberal democratic nation-state in general and US constitutionalism in particular will confront what is perhaps the greatest challenge to their moral authority and legitimacy from the ideology and forces of global governance.
