Revolution in Military Affairs: Processes, Problems and Prospects
This conference report focuses on the processes, problems and prospects of implementing the Revolution in Military Affairs (RMA) from a Singapore perspective. It examines the potential impact of the RMA on the different levels of strategy, the impact of transformation on organizational culture, and the attempts at transformation by Japan and Sweden, with regard to different geostrategic concerns. The panelists also look at the impact of military transformation on the strategic landscape of the Southeast Asia region.
