Debate about Nuclear Adaptation in India

This Brief examines the seeming expansion of nuclear arsenals in Asia. While Western nuclear-weapon states are scaling down their programs, China, India, and Pakistan are developing theirs further. That's unhelpful -- not only because Asia is socio-politically "fragile", but also because nuclear weapons remain intrinsically dangerous and unsafe no matter who owns them.
