Peter W Singer On Child Soldiers, Private Solders and Robot Soldiers
IR typically focuses on conflicts between nation-states, fought out by national armies. Peter W Singer argues, however, that this focus is inappropriate. In this theory talk, Singer suggests that a profound reframing of IR is therefore required, in addition to illustrating how robotics will change the nature of warfare forever.
