This report investigates the counter-narcotics operation in Honduras in which four innocent people were killed on May 11, 2012 and which involved the US Drug Enforcement Administration. The authors analyze the testimony and find inconsistencies in the official accounts of the incident. The report concludes with a series of recommendations to the US government which include suspending US assistance to the Honduras Tactical Response Team (TRT).
