North Korea after Kim Jong-il: Still Dangerous and Erratic
Testimony before the House Committee on Foreign Affairs
In this testimony the speaker argues that the United States lacks an effective, long-term strategy for achieving peace on the Korean Peninsula with North Korea dangerous and prone to miscalculation. North Korea’s missile provocation carries costs to the US and its allies which transcend merely damaging American credibility.
