Food Security at the Crossroads: A Wake Up Call

The right to adequate nourishment, part of Article 25 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, is doubtlessly one of the most flagrantly violated human rights. This publication provides an outline of conditions, backgrounds and intentions with respect to Article 25 of the Universal Declaration. It also presents an action list in order to improve food security as quickly as possible.
