From Preponderance of Power to Balance of Power? South Korea in Search of a New North Korea Policy
The article examines the security environment in East Asia. The authors argue the favorable balance of power for south Korea has ended. The country now needs to consider the significance of China's rise to power, especially with regard to North Korea.
