Cybersecurity and Internet Governance
This brief summarizes the growing trends of cyber threats and cyber attacks both for the nation-state and the private sphere. The author discusses the dilemma that has arisen between the freedom and neutrality of the internet and the need for greater security. He also gives some recommendations for the future governance of cyberspace.
