Regulatory and Economic Instruments in Order to Reduce Emissions of Greenhouse Gases by 2050
Financial Impacts on Industry?
This paper discusses the efforts to control greenhouse gases (GHG) emission by 2050 and the impact of these on the defense sector. The author argues that industrial groups will be exposed to increasingly stringent regulation measures against GHG emissions. Halving global emissions by 2050 will require developed countries to reduce their emissions by a factor of four.
