Arms Control and Disarmament
This publication discusses a variety of international issues relating to arms control and global disarmament. Particular emphasis is given to conventional weapons control and reduction in Europe, worldwide land mine stockpile destruction as part of the Ottawa Process, international treaties and agreements to limit and ban the use of chemical and biological weapons, nuclear non-proliferation theories, and nuclear non-proliferation diplomacy.
