Central Asia-Caucasus Analyst Vol 8, No 8
This issue features four analytical articles and four field reports, combined with a news digest. The articles discuss Russia's ban on wine from Georgia; the possibility of a railroad connecting Europe and Asia that runs through Azerbaijan, Georgia and Turkey; Iran's nuclear militarization; and the role of the OSCE in political disputes in Central Asia. The field reports are concerned with the Muslim identity in post-Soviet countries, religious state-building in Tajikistan, relations between Armenia and Azerbaijan, and the role of civil society in Kyrgyzstan.
