Armament and Disarmament in the Caucasus and Central Asia
This paper discusses arms control and disarmament measures in the Caucasus and Central Asia. The authors describe the political effect of the US lead war on terrorism on the region and analyze the continued Russian geo-strategic dominance of Central Asia and the Caucasus.
