Challenges Beyond Normalisation
This report focuses on Cuba’s expanding relations with Latin America and in the Caribbean. In particular, the author assesses the challenges and opportunities faced by both Cuba and the region in consolidating their growing relationships. The paper also discusses the unprecedented presence of multilateral initiatives and bilateral institutions in Cuba, as well as the way regionalism in Cuba is interacting with changing global trends.
