The Russian Defense Reform
This paper examines developments and prospects of defense reform in Russia. In particular, it considers characteristics of the defense reform and the link between the military reform and the development of the military industrial sector. Additionally, the author looks at the Russian government’s capabilities to implement defense reform and improve civil-military relations.
