Queen's Centre for International Relations (QCIR)
The Queen's Centre for International Relations (QCIR) in Kingston is dedicated to research on national and international security and other aspects of international relations important to Canada. QCIR focuses on European security and trans-Atlantic relations, hemispheric security and foreign and defense policy in the post-Soviet sphere and other related areas.
