Acting for Women in Distressing Situations (ASEFIP) is a nongovernmental, nonpartisan and nonreligious organization that combats trafficking in women and girls for sex slavery. Its aims and objectives are to provide holistic care and recovery for those rescued from sex slavery, to provide occupational skills, and to reintegrate those rescued into the community through financial independence in a sustainable and innovative manner.
