Nagorno-Karabakh Republic Ministry of Foreign Affairs
The Nagorno-Karabakh Republic Ministry of Foreign Affairs is one of twelve ministries which contribute to the structure of the republic's government. From a legal perspective, the region is part of Azerbaijan but de facto control resides with the government of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic which is not internationally recognized.
