Normative Changes in Peacekeeping Operations: How Much are Current Norms and Practices Challenged?
In this audio presentation from the 2013 International Security Forum, three experts discuss the extent to which Western-dominated peacekeeping norms and practices are now being challenged by new stakeholders, particularly African ones.
