Dignity and Global Security
In this audio presentation, three experts explore the intrinsic relationship between dignity and global security. While the Universal Declaration of Human Rights recognizes human dignity as an inalienable right, globalization has blunted its application and enforcement, and has thus nurtured new threats to global security. (Note: The speakers include Joseph Prabhu from California State University of Los Angeles; Gregory Fried from Suffolk University; and Evelin Gerda Lindner, who is Founding President of Human Dignity and Humiliation Studies.)
