Cyber Security: Challenges and Opportunities
In this audio presentation, three experts explore some of the challenges and opportunities inherent in cyber security, but they do so by seeing them primarily as problems of governance. The experts then outline some of the options and pitfalls that complicate our attempts to reconcile the security sector with cyber governance. (Note: The speakers include Barbara Weekes from the ICT4Peace Foundation; Tobias Bolliger from the Swiss Federal Office of Police's Cybercrime Coordination Unit; and Andrea de Candido from the European Defence Agency.)
