Cyber War: Issues, Trends, Hypes and Threats
In this audio presentation, two experts analyze the present and future threats posed by cyber warfare from various theoretical-conceptual and empirical-practical angles. In particular, the panelists distinguish between different forms of cyber conflict and their consequences for states, the private sector and society in order to identify the pros and cons of different countermeasures more effectively. (Note: the speakers are Chris Demchak from the US Naval War College and Heli Tiirmaa-Klaar from Estonia's Ministry of Defense.)
