Public-Private Cooperation: Challenges and Opportunities in Security and Development
In this audio presentation, three experts discuss both the challenges and opportunities that private actors bring to contemporary security governance. One particularly thorny challenge, of course, is institutionalizing private actor accountability. (Note: The speakers include Martin Dahinden from the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation; Anne-Marie Buzatu from the Geneva Centre for the Democratic Control of the Armed Forces; and Rolf Tanner from Swiss Re.)
