India and the Shift of Power in the International Order
Mr Ajit Doval, Director of the Vivekananda International Foundation and a former Director of the Indian Intelligence Bureau, discusses the role emerging powers (especially India) will play in the international order. Mr. Doval argues that the rising powers are not a monolithic block and are equally invested in sustaining global growth. He further highlights India's commitment by demonstrating that the major global arcs of prosperity that stretch across various regions, all pass through India. This audio selection is an excerpt from the closing plenary session Power Shifts and International Order, of the 2011 International Security Forum in Zurich, hosted by the Center for Security Studies and the ISN.
