The Current Laws on Drugs and Alcohol: Ineffective, Dishonest and Unethical?
In this audio presentation, David Nutt, who is a Professor of Neuropsychopharmacology at Imperial College London, talks about over-relying on laws to control drug use. He specifically argues that 'simple' solutions to drug use have serious ethical problems associated with them. The only option, therefore, is to pursue alternative strategies, which he then provides.
