In this audio presentation, Shibley Telhami, who is a Professor for Peace and Development at the University of Maryland, talks about different Arab views of the world, particularly the role of the US. He also talks about the Arab uprisings and claims that it is impossible to understand them without first filtering them through a foreign policy lens.
