Kim Ferzan on Preventive Justice
In this podcast, Kim Ferzan, Matt Peterson and Christian Barry discuss how governments can strike an appropriate balance between preserving civil liberties and using 'preventive justice measures' against those who intend to cause unwarranted harm. (Note: Kim Ferzan is a law professor at the Rutgers University School of Law and is Co-Director of the Rutgers Institute for Law and Philosophy; Matt Peterson is the Managing Editor of "World Politics Review", and Christian Barry is Director of the Centre for Moral, Social, and Political Theory at the Australian National University.)
