"Foreign Policy Begins at Home: The Case for Putting America’s House in Order"
In this audio presentation, Richard Haass, who is the President of the Council on Foreign Relations, talks about his next-step vision for US foreign policy -- 'Restoration'. According to Haass, the latter means that the US should limit its involvements in wars and humanitarian interventions and refocus its attention on restoring its foundations of power at home, which definitely includes improving the nation's infrastructure.
