A Conversation with Sikyong Lobsang Sangay: Tibet
In this audio presentation, Sikyong Lobsang Sangay, who is the Prime Minister of the Central Tibetan Administration, calls for Tibet to gain a form of autonomy much like Hong Kong's. Blocking this option, he argues, is the perception that Tibetans are not ethnically Chinese.
