World Trade: What Comes After Doha?
In this podcast, Donna Lee, Professor in International Organisations and Diplomacy at the University of Birmingham, considers the future of the international trade regime in light of the deadlock in the Doha Round of trade negotiations. She assesses the challenges facing the WTO, including a shift in bargaining power in favor of large developing countries. According to Lee, a more incremental approach to trade liberalization is likely to be a solution to moving negotiations forward.
