The Synthesis of Law and Politics and the Evolution of International Justice
In this audio presentation, David Scheffer, former US Ambassador at Large for War Crimes Issues, and John Bellinger, a former State Department legal adviser, discuss how the spread of international justice has affected global politics over the last two decades. They also explore the US's role in assisting local war crimes prosecutions in Libya and elsewhere.
