Securitizing Migration: A Good or Bad Idea?

He concludes that seeing it as a threat may actually create more problems for the international community than not. Khalid Koser is the Deputy Director of the Geneva Centre for Security Policy (GCSP), where he also heads the New Issues in Security Programme.
