Ambassador Winston A Tubman, the "Congress for Democratic Change" candidate for the 2011 presidential elections in Liberia, candidly discusses the dynamics of running for office in Liberia. He also talks about the challenges facing the nation as it prepares to consolidate and expand the gains made since the close of the civil war. He argues that Liberia needs to openly reconcile the past in order to lay a secure foundation for the future.
