Bolivia's Economic Troubles
Andrea Stiglich, deputy editor on Latin America for the Economist Intelligence Unit in London, discusses the economic and political challenges facing Bolivian President Evo Morales during his second term. Ms Stiglich argues Morales must find the balance between keeping his campaign promises to provide greater economic and legislative support to Bolivia's indigenous communities and moving a substantial public reform process forward.
