Nigeria: Embracing Challenges and Opportunities

Dr Istifanus Sonsare Zabadi, Dean of the Center for Strategic Research and Studies at the National War College in Nigeria, discusses the many opportunities and challenges facing Nigeria. In particular, he discusses conflict resolution efforts as they pertain to Nigeria's participation in peacekeeping initiatives in West Africa, and especially to Nigeria's ethnic conflicts. Dr. Zabadi also discusses some of the policy priorities that will be important to President Goodluck Jonathan's administration.
