Lawfare: The Legal Front of the IDF
This article addresses the legal aspects of armed conflict and the challenges facing regular armies of law-abiding states engaged in asymmetrical confrontations in densely populated urban areas. The author argues that it is necessary to recognize that the legal element of warfare, or lawfare, will be a major component of every confrontation in the future.
