Africa Center for Strategic Studies (ACSS)
The Africa Center for Strategic Studies (ACSS) is an institution of the US Department of Defense. It supports democratic governance in Africa by offering senior African civilian and military leaders academic and practical programs in civil-military relations, national security strategy and defense economics.
